Refund and Returns Policy

YOU HAVE 30 DAYS TO TRY THE PRODUCTS

We advise you to inform us in writing by email or by phone within 30 days of receiving the product that you are returning the item.

CANCELLING YOUR ORDER BEFORE SHIPPING IS PROCESSED

If you have not received the goods at the time of cancellation of the order, and we have not processed the goods for delivery, we will refund to you all the money paid by you for the goods in question including the delivery charges (if any) in the same form of payment originally used for the purchase as soon as possible, and in any event within 7 days of the cancellation being accepted.

CANCELLING YOUR ORDER AFTER SHIPPING IS PROCESSED

If you have not received the goods at the time of cancellation of the order, but we have processed the goods for delivery, and they are in transit, you should reject the goods at point of delivery and do not accept them. In this case a refund will be processed once the goods have been returned back to our warehouse and payment issued within 7 business days from the day the item is received back at our warehouse.

CANCELLING YOUR ORDER AFTER PRODUCT IS DELIVERED

Customer may cancel and return orders within 30 days if the item is damaged, defective, or do not meet descriptions. If order is canceled after delivery has been made by our carrier service, we would issue a full refund plus return shipping cost incurred by customer in case of damaged or defective items, and items that are different from listing descriptions and specifications. We will make a refund in the same form of payment originally used for the purchase. a refund will be processed once the goods have been returned back to our warehouse. Payment will be issued within 7 business days after the item is received back.

Customers will be given the option to have damaged and defective items replaced rather than cancelling order. If this option is accepted, we will make arrangement to have the defective item shipped back to us at our expense. The replacement item will be processed and shipped promptly after the original item is received back at our warehouse.

REMORSE CANCELLATION OF ORDER AFTER PRODUCT IS DELIVERED

Remorse cancellation and returns such as customers deciding they do not want the items anymore, may be done within 30 days after the item has been delivered. It is the customer’s responsibility to return the item unused, in good condition and in the original packaging. In this case, a refund will be issued within 7 business days after we receive the item back at our warehouse. Customers are fully responsible for paying the return shipping cost. In the case of remorse cancellation and returns, we would assess and deduct shipping cost we incurred in delivering the goods to the customer originally. This shall be assessed based on the carrier shipping rate. Please note that although we offer free shipping, we still incur shipping costs to have the goods delivered to customers.

RETURNING YOUR ITEMS

If the goods have been delivered to you and you decide to return, we advise that you return the goods to us without delay.

If you would like to return the goods, just let us know and we will send you the address of the warehouse to return the goods to. You will need to return the goods together with a copy of your Order Acknowledgment.

You agree to return the goods in full and Nora Living also requests that you return the original packaging with the goods where possible. You are responsible for the cost of returning the goods, unless the goods are defective or not as described, in which case we will refund the full cost you incur in returning the item to us.

If we receive the goods damaged while in transit, you are responsible for the costs of the damage in the case of remorse cancellation, and a charge will be made and deducted from the purchase payment you made, to cover the cost of the damage to the goods. Customers may however be able to recover the damage cost from the shipping carrier. We advise that, where possible, customers should take and keep photos of the items before returning to prove to the carrier the items’ condition prior to returning.

If you decide to return goods to us after you have started to assemble them, then you should disassemble them to the extent necessary to allow them to be properly returned.

TAKING RESPONSIBLE CARE OF THE GOODS

Customers agree to take reasonable care of the goods from the time that they are delivered to you until the time that they are returned.

If you have decided to cancel the order after receiving the items, the goods must be returned to us as soon as possible and in the original packaging. You are the owner of the goods once they have been delivered to you until they are safely returned to us.

Refund will be in full, however if the value of the goods is diminished by any amount as a result of handling of the goods by you beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods, we may assess an amount equal to the diminished value of the goods.

REFUNDING YOUR MONEY

We will refund the price you paid for the goods and credit the refund you are due to the form of payment that you used. We will make any refunds due to you within 7 days from the date we receive the item back. We would let you know by email when the goods are delivered back to us.

Please be aware that although we process and issue refunds within 7 business days, it might take longer than 7 days for the refunds to appear on the payment method that you used. This time may be affected by factors such as holidays, weekends, and your financial institution’s processing policy.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION ABOUT HEAVY ITEMS DELIVERY

Please note all bulky and heavy items are sent flat packed unless stated otherwise. Upon receiving your goods we recommend you follow the assembly instructions carefully step by step, as we will not be held liable for damage claims due to incorrect assembly.

Warranty Policy

Beginning from the date of delivery, purchased products include manufacturer’s warranty period. In the event of manufacturing defects, the Buyer can request a refund, partial reshipment or full reshipment within the warranty period.

Please note that the warranty policy does not apply to the following situations:

  • Damage resulting from negligence, abuse, normal wear and tear or natural disaster and accidents, including but not limited to: burns, cuts, tears abrasions, scratches, watermarks, indentation or pet damage
  • Damage resulting from unauthorized modifications, except with written approval from Nora Living
  • Products with their own individual warranty policy
  • Claims caused by logistics and transportation, such as packet loss, etc.
  • Claims caused by quality problems, customers must provide pictures or detailed description.
